Maryland Blended Reality Center

With the Maryland Blended Reality Center, I came into the program after the first year of work was nearly over. In my time at the center, I developed a novel technique for VR video capture for multiple interpupillary distances (patent pending), reformed an existing AR project providing cognitive assistance for ultrasound to be usable for research studies on intubation, developed VR content for surgical education and training, leveraged my knowledge in VR applications to help form a study on VR for therapeutics, and using VR as a platform for conflict de-escalation.
